I met my best friend at Cork & Pig Tavern for her birthday dinner last night and this place did NOT disappoint. Jasmine was our server and she immediately made us feel welcome and took amazing care of us for this special celebration meal for two. My bestie wanted to try the Crab and Parmesan dip starter and though it was a fairly heavy option, it was delicious and served hot. I would recommend sharing with three or four people as we ended up with plenty for her to take home. The (flash-fried) cauliflower I ordered as a side was perfection and the pizza made with a cauliflower crust could not have been better. My best friend ordered the wood-fired chicken entree and it was so tender and extremely tasty. Jasmine brought out a piece of the tres leches cake with a lit candle to top the night off for the birthday girl, and being somewhat of a tres leches connoisseur, she fully approved and thoroughly enjoyed it!! I recommend making a reservation, especially on a Friday night. So glad we did! Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but if you get there at the right time, there are plenty of offerings for free parking nearby. Thank you so much again for everything, Jasmine! We will de

Cork & Pig Tavern was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is one of the restaurant’s biggest strengths—modern and stylish while still feeling warm and inviting. Great place for any group size! The menu is not overly extensive, however everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared. They also offer a great selection of drinks and beverages. I chose the watermelon mocktail, it was refreshing, delicious and beautifully presented. The restroom was large, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with a baby changing table! They have the funniest and most creative selection of art! Parking can be tricky in that specific area but there’s a nearby garage parking.

My recent visit to Cork & Pig Tavern in Las Colinas was outstanding from start to finish. The restaurant offers a very well-crafted menu with something for everyone, and the appetizers were a great way to kick off the meal. The quality, presentation, and flavor made it clear that a lot of thought goes into every dish. The beverage selection was equally impressive, with excellent options for spirits, beer, and wine that complement the menu well. Whether you’re looking for a cocktail, a local craft beer, or the perfect wine pairing, there are plenty of choices. What truly elevated the experience was our server, Mark. He was phenomenal throughout the meal—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great dining experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he took the time to explain menu items, flavor profiles, and pairing options in a way that helped us make great choices. His professionalism and enthusiasm added tremendous value to the meal. If you’re looking for a restaurant in Las Colinas with great food, a strong drink selection, and exceptional service, Cork & Pig Tavern is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Tried this before heading to Toyota Music Factory. Great location. Searing inside and outdoors. 1st impressions, cool. Upon entering, 2 ladies at the stand in conversation, no eye contact and no acknowledgement we were standing in front of them. Another employee, Hispanic female, came and greeted us and then asked how many and seated us. Wait staff pleasant. Meatballs great. Deviled eggs good, but have had better ones elsewhere. We ordered the fish and chicken sandwiches with fries, and mashed potatoes. Fish sandwich was lacking the fish. Slaw on top made it flavorful, otherwise, I would not order again. Chicken sandwich large and better flavor. Mashed potatoes were great! Hand-cut fries were not the best, as I have had better cut and seasoned. I would return again when in the area and try other menu items.

First time in and I will definitely be back. We were on a wait list for a neighboring restaurant on a Sunday morning and did not want to wait. Omg the best decision ever. The staff, phenomenal. So warm and friendly. Some of the guest seem to be regulars. Which is always a good sign. We ordered the CPT omelet with fruity pebbles french toast and a side of biscuits which we ended up getting two orders of biscuits. Everything was great!!! We added steak in the omelet and it was cooked to perfection.
